When meter data is collected daily via a fixed network or IoT, consumers can monitor their consumption down to hourly intervals.

Drive-by

When meter data is collected via drive-by, the intervals between readings are significantly longer.

Therefore, we show a daily average based on consumption between the latest and previous reading.

Warnings and messages

Give your customers the ability to secure their property by offering warnings if leaks or other problems are detected.

Consumers can choose to receive notifications via email, SMS or push alerts.

Updated master data

When customers sign up for the consumer app, not only is their master data automatically updated, but the utility also gains the ability to communicate directly with the customer through even more channels.

In addition to already being able to communicate through email, SMS and e-Boks, the utility can now, when the customer has installed the app, also send push notifications directly to the customer.

This makes it easier and more efficient to send important information to the consumer.
