Subscribe / unsubscribe to alarms

In Meterportal you can choose which types of alarms you want to receive – and how you want to be informed. This applies, for example, to:

• 💧 Leak
• 🚿 Sudden high consumption
• ❄️ Low temperature at the meter

How to do it:

1. Tap the Bell in the top right of the app.
2. Go to Settings at the bottom of the app.
3. Select Notifications from water meter.
4. Here you see an overview of the different types of alarms.
5. For each alarm type, you can choose how you want to be notified: 📧 Email, 💬 SMS, 🔔 Push notification (notification on your phone).
6. Use the buttons to enable or disable the desired notification type.

You can also tap "Enable all" at the top if you want to turn on all alarms at once.

💡 We recommend that you at least enable one form of notification for leaks, so you are quickly informed of any problems.
