Get started with Meterportal in three simple steps – download the app, sign in with your email and add your address.

Step 1: Download the "Meterportal" app via the QR code, the App Store, Google Play or the website.
Step 2: Open the app, enter your email address and follow the instructions on screen – the app will find your account or help you create one.
Step 3: Add your address using the details from your utility.
You are now ready to use the app and to set up alarms for the address.
💡 It may take up to a week before you can see your consumption. This is because it depends on when the water utility has updated their system with the new water meter.
